asoc intl_enable will be set when local sp strm_interleave is set and there's I-DATA chunk in init and init_ack extensions, as said in section 2.2.1 of RFC8260. asoc intl_enable indicates all data will be sent as I-DATA chunks. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
