Instead of calling the hot-plug detection callback registration operations (.register_hpd_cb() and .unregister_hpd_cb()) recursively from the display device back to the first device that provides hot plug detection support, iterate over the devices manually in the DRM connector code. This moves the complexity to a single central location and simplifies the logic in omap_dss_device drivers. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
