Add devicetree nodes for the DM9000 and the ethernet power regulator. Additionally, add a new pinctrl node for the ethernet chip's pins. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
