Frank Jungclaus 8a99f2ada0 can: esd_usb: Use consistent prefix ESD_USB_ for macros
Rename the following macros:
- ESD_RTR to ESD_USB_RTR
- ESD_EV_CAN_ERROR_EXT to ESD_USB_EV_CAN_ERROR_EXT

Additionally remove the double newline trailing to definition
of ESD_USB_RTR.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
