Pull drm fixes from Dave Airlie: "Weekly fixes pull, big bigger than I'd normally like, but they are fairly scattered and small individually. The vmwgfx one is a black screen regression, otherwise the largest is an MST encoder fix for amdgpu which results in a WARN in some cases, and a scattering of i915 fixes. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
