In the read path, pblk gets a reference to the incoming bio and puts it after ending the bio. Though this behavior is correct, it is unnecessary since pblk is the one putting the bio, therefore, it cannot disappear underneath it. Removing this reference, allows to clean up rqd->bio and avoids pointer bouncing for the different read paths. Now, the incoming bio always resides in the read context and pblk's internal bios (if any) reside in rqd->bio. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
