Register tlb_remote_flush callback for vmx when hyperv capability of nested guest mapping flush is detected. The interface can help to reduce overhead when flush ept table among vcpus for nested VM. The tradition way is to send IPIs to all affected vcpus and executes INVEPT on each vcpus. It will trigger several vmexits for IPI and INVEPT emulation. Hyper-V provides such hypercall to do flush for all vcpus and call the hypercall when all ept table pointers of single VM are same. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
