In function qca_setup, we set initial and operating speeds for Qualcomm Bluetooth SoC's. This block of code is common across different Qualcomm Bluetooth SoC's. Instead of duplicating the code, created a wrapper function to set the speeds. So that future coming SoC's can use these wrapper functions to set speeds. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
