[Why] Current state should be used when waiting for DET update instead of new context. For any streams decreasing in DET, pipes used in the current state should be checked since those pipes need to free their DET before DET can be reallocated. [How] Pass in current_state instead of context. Use pipe from current_state instead of context. This assumes that pipe in the current_state is an OTG_MASTER pipe if the pipe in the context is an OTG_MASTER pipe. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
