Dani Liberman 82bd83a0cf drm/xe/irq: allocate all possible msix interrupts
If platform supports MSIX, driver needs to allocate all possible
interrupts.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
