Pull "Samsung mach/soc changes for v4.15" from Krzysztof Kozłowski:

1. Cleanups for s3c24xx and s3c64xx (memory allocation printks, code

2. Remove of Exynos4212 related dead code (no more support for this
   SoC).

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
