Hayes Wang says: ==================== r8152: fix side effect v3: Update the commit message for patch #1. v2: Replace patch #2 with "r8152: remove calling netif_napi_del". v1: The commit0ee1f47349("r8152: napi hangup fix after disconnect") add a check to avoid using napi_disable after netif_napi_del. However, the commitffa9fec30c("r8152: set RTL8152_UNPLUG only for real disconnection") let the check useless. Therefore, I revert commit0ee1f47349("r8152: napi hangup fix after disconnect") first, and add another patch to fix it. ==================== Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
