Renesas driver updates for v5.10 (take two)
- Add core support for the R-Car V3U (R8A779A0) SoC, including System
Controller (SYSC) and Reset (RST) support,
- Various Kconfig cleanups.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
