Changes to enable adding and removing TX queues without calling gve_close() and gve_open(). Made the following changes: 1) priv->tx, priv->rx and priv->qpls arrays are allocated based on max tx queues and max rx queues 2) Changed gve_adminq_create_tx_queues(), gve_adminq_destroy_tx_queues(), gve_tx_alloc_rings() and gve_tx_free_rings() functions to add/remove a subset of TX queues rather than all the TX queues. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
