While investigating the sparse warning reported by the LKP bot [1], observed that we have a redundant variable "top" in the function build_sched_domains that was introduced in the recent commite496132ebe("sched/fair: Adjust the allowed NUMA imbalance when SD_NUMA spans multiple LLCs") The existing variable "sd" suffices which allows us to remove the redundant variable "top" while annotating the other variable "top_p" with the "__rcu" annotation to silence the sparse warning. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
