iwl_mvm_ftm_respoder_add_pasn_sta() and
iwl_mvm_ftm_resp_remove_pasn_sta() were added in 2020 by
commit be82ecd3a5 ("iwlwifi: mvm: add an option to add PASN station")
but have remained unused.
Remove them.
After that removal iwl_mvm_add_pasn_sta() is now unused.
Remove it.

Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
