This reverts commit bb32e1987b.

Commit 1a3ed0dc35 ("mmc: sdhci-xenon: fix 1.8v regulator stabilization")
contains proper fix for the issue described in commit bb32e1987b ("mmc:
sdhci-xenon: fix annoying 1.8V regulator warning").

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
