The VF driver can call VIRTCHNL_OP_[ENABLE|DISABLE]_QUEUES separately for each queue. Add support for virtchnl_queue_select.[tx|rx]_queues bitmap which is used to indicate which queues to enable and disable. Add tracing of VF Tx/Rx per queue enable state to avoid enabling enabled queues and disabling disabled queues. Add total queues enabled count and clear ICE_VF_STATE_QS_ENA when count is zero. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
