This reverts commit4c38f2df71. There are few races in the frequency invariance support for CPPC driver, namely the driver doesn't stop the kthread_work and irq_work on policy exit during suspend/resume or CPU hotplug. A proper fix won't be possible for the 5.13-rc, as it requires a lot of changes. Lets revert the patch instead for now. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
