This patch adds support to start tracking status of DBUF slices. This is foundation to introduce support for enabling/disabling second DBUF slice dynamically for ICL. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
