This patch adds riscv_isa bitmap which represents Host ISA features common across all Host CPUs. The riscv_isa is not same as elf_hwcap because elf_hwcap will only have ISA features relevant for user-space apps whereas riscv_isa will have ISA features relevant to both kernel and user-space apps. One of the use-case for riscv_isa bitmap is in KVM hypervisor where we will use it to do following operations: 1. Check whether hypervisor extension is available 2. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
