LoongArch platform is 64-bit system, which supports 8-bytes memory accessing, but generic checksum functions use 4-byte memory access. So add 8-bytes memory access optimization for checksum functions on LoongArch. And the code comes from arm64 system. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
