Add the support for A83T. A83T SoC has an additional register than A80 to handle CPU configurations: R_CPUS_CFG. Information about the register comes from Allwinner's BSP driver. An important difference is the Power Off Gating register for clusters which is BIT(4) in case of SUN9I-A80 and BIT(0) in case of SUN8I-A83T. There is also a bit swap between sun8i-a83t and sun9i-a80 that must be handled. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
