If there is exactly one CPU present, there is no ambiguity: do not warn that PMU setup would need to guess IRQ affinity. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
