Kuniyuki Iwashima 65440a8ce4 ipmr: Convert mr_table.cache_resolve_queue_len to u32. ...

mr_table.cache_resolve_queue_len is always updated under
spin_lock_bh(&mfc_unres_lock).

Let's convert it to u32.
