1acfc104cdmissed to convert this one caller to be lockless. The side effect of that was that the error check in lookup_context() became incorrect. Convert now this caller too. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
