Patch 5 is a fix for the userspace PM, not to add new local address entries if the address is already in the list. This behaviour can be seen since v5.19. Patch 6 fixes an issue when Fastopen is used. The issue can happen since v6.2. A previous fix has already been applied, but not taking care of all cases according to syzbot. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
