Certain functions within i915 uses macros that are defined for specific architectures by the mmu, such as _PAGE_RW and _PAGE_PRESENT (Some architectures don't even have these macros defined, like ARM64). Instead of re-using bits defined for the CPU, we should use bits defined for i915. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
