Commitd8c5b17f2b("samples: bpf: add userspace example for attaching eBPF programs to cgroups") added these functions to samples/libbpf, but during this merge all of the samples libbpf functionality is shifting to tools/lib/bpf. Shift these functions there. Committer notes: Use bzero + attr.FIELD = value instead of 'attr = { .FIELD = value, just like the other wrapper calls to sys_bpf with bpf_attr to make this build in older toolchais, such as the ones in CentOS 5 and 6. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
