Until now, the driver only assigned a dedicated macid for connections made in AP mode, in STA mode the return value of rtl8xxxu_get_macid() was simply 0. To differentiate between port 0 and 1, when both are in STA mode, allocate a second macid (with value 1) and set sta_info->macid according to the used port_num in rtl8xxxu_sta_add(). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
