Jedrzej Jagielski 59b3d7350f i40e: Add sending commands in atomic context
Change functions:
- i40e_aq_add_macvlan
- i40e_aq_remove_macvlan
- i40e_aq_delete_element
- i40e_aq_add_vsi
- i40e_aq_update_vsi_params
to explicitly use i40e_asq_send_command_atomic(..., true)
instead of i40e_asq_send_command, as they use mutexes and do some
work in an atomic context.
Without this change setting vlan via netdev will fail with
call trace cased by bug "BUG: scheduling while atomic".

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
