Carolina Jubran 595f41608d net/mlx5e: XDP, Fix an inconsistent comment
Starting from commit
eb9b9fdcaf ("net/mlx5e: Introduce extended version for mlx5e_xmit_data")
sinfo is no longer passed as an argument to
mlx5e_xmit_xdp_frame(), the comment is inconsistent.

check_result must be zero when the packet is fragmented.

several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
