Pull EFI updates from Ingo Molnar:
"The EFI changes for this cycle are:
- preliminary changes for RISC-V
- Add support for setting the resolution on the EFI framebuffer
- Simplify kernel image loading for arm64
- Move .bss into .data via the linker script instead of relying on
symbol annotations.
- Get rid of __pure getters to access global variables
- Clean up the config table matching arrays
- Rename pr_efi/pr_efi_err to efi_info/efi_err, and use them
consistently
- Simplify and unify initrd loading
- Parse the builtin command line on x86 (if provided)
- Implement printk() support, including support for wide character

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
