Pull drm fixes from Dave Airlie: "Fixes across the driver spectrum this week, the mediatek fbdev support might be a bit late for this round, but I looked over it and it's not very large and seems like a useful feature for them. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
