Renesas ARM defconfig updates for v6.8
- Enable support for the Renesas VersaClock 3 clock generator in the
arm64 defconfig,
- Enable support for the Renesas EtherAVB module in the arm multi_v7
defconfig,
- Refresh shmobile_defconfig for v6.7-rc1.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
