SMCCC 1.1 calls may use either HVC or SMC depending on the PSCI conduit. Rather than coding this in every call site, provide a macro which uses the correct instruction. The macro also handles the case where no conduit is configured/available returning a not supported error in res, along with returning the conduit used for the call. This allow us to remove some duplicated code and will be useful later when adding paravirtualized time hypervisor calls. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
