Vasily Khoruzhick 5365e3df42 regulator: fan53555: add chip id for Silergy SYR83X
SYR83X is used in Rockpro64 and it has die ID == 9. All other
registers are the same as in SYR82X

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
