The ptp_tx work is scheduled only if TSICR.TXTS bit is set, therefore TSYNCTXCTL.TXTT_0 bit is expected to be set when we check it igc_ptp_tx_ work(). If it isn't, something is really off and rescheduling the ptp_tx work to check it later doesn't help much. This patch changes the code to WARN_ON_ONCE() if this situation ever happens. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
