Commit4373534a98("scsi: core: Move scsi_host_busy() out of host lock for waking up EH handler") intended to fix a hard lockup issue triggered by EH. The core idea was to move scsi_host_busy() out of the host lock when processing individual commands for EH. However, a suggested style change inadvertently caused scsi_host_busy() to remain under the host lock. Fix this by calling scsi_host_busy() outside the lock. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
