Decrease verbosity level of ODP error flows messages to debug level.
Remove one redundant print since debug level message already exists in
this flow.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
