Using memcpy() from a string that is shorter than the length copied means the destination buffer is being filled with arbitrary data from the kernel rodata segment. Instead, use strncpy() which will fill the trailing bytes with zeros. This was found with the future CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE feature. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
