__blk_mq_run_hw_queue just contains a WARN_ON_ONCE for calls from interrupt context and a blk_mq_run_dispatch_ops-protected call to blk_mq_sched_dispatch_requests. Open code the call to blk_mq_sched_dispatch_requests in both callers, and move the WARN_ON_ONCE to blk_mq_run_hw_queue where it can be extended to all !async calls, while the other call is from workqueue context and thus obviously does not need the assert. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
