Chen Ni 495908d2df pwm: atmel-tcb: Remove unneeded semicolon 
Remove unnecessary semicolons reported by Coccinelle/coccicheck and the
semantic patch at scripts/coccinelle/misc/semicolon.cocci.

This was introduced in commit 68637b68af ("pwm: atmel-tcb:
Cache clock rates and mark chip as atomic") in Uwe's adaption of
Sangyun's original patch.
