CONFIG_AS_CFI_SECTIONS was introduced by commit9e56529227("x86: Use .cfi_sections for assembly code"). We raise the minimal supported binutils version from time to time. The last bump was commit1fb12b35e5("kbuild: Raise the minimum required binutils version to 2.21"). I confirmed the code in $(call as-instr,...) can be assembled by the binutils 2.21 assembler and also by LLVM integrated assembler. Remove CONFIG_AS_CFI_SECTIONS, which is always defined. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
