This change implements the set_channel() ethtool operation, preserving the current defaults values and allowing up set the number of queues in the range set ad device creation time. The update operation tries hard to leave the device in a consistent status in case of errors. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
