Originally, rtw89_mac_port_tsf_sync() contains randomization logic internally. However, not all situation, we need the randomization. So, split out the generic part from it. And, make the full logic of original one contained in rtw89_mac_port_tsf_sync_rand(). It will still be used by its original caller as before. Then, the generic one will be used in MCC (multi-channel concurrency) management flow. MCC will implement its logic to decide the offset for TSF sync. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
