One of the features of SME is the addition of streaming mode, in which we have access to a set of streaming mode SVE registers at the SME vector length. Since these are accessed using the SVE instructions let's reuse the existing SVE stress test for testing with a compile time option for controlling the few small differences needed: - Enter streaming mode immediately on starting the program. - In streaming mode FFR is removed so skip reading and writing FFR. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
