The SBPM register configures the shared buffer allocation and configuration per port and pool. The min_buff value is the buffer size dedicated to this single function, and is configured in cells. Currently, all sb_pm entries have 0 for min_buff, and therefore the actual unit is immaterial. However, in a follow-up patch we want to add entries with non-zero minimum. Therefore pass the min_buff from the sb_pm table through the cell conversion before handing it over to mlxsw_sp_sb_pm_write(). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
