According to ISA specification for RFID, in MSR TM disabled and TS suspended state (S0), if the target MSR is TM disabled and TS state is inactive (N0), rfid should suppress this update. several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
