IIO uses "natural" alignment so storagebits should always be a power of 2. Change storagebits to 32 since that is the natural size to store 24 bits of data. The ad5791 driver currently doesn't use this field anywhere and doesn't support buffered writes, so this does not change anything. We just don't want anyone to think that it is OK to have storagebits = 24 in other drivers. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
